Shipping Policy
I believe in transparency and aim to provide a seamless shipping experience for my customers.

Shipping is via Royal Mail. For within the UK ONLY.
Shipping is included with the price of the book. I use recycled bubblewrap and cardboard boxes to ship your purchases and protect the planet.
For International shipping please contact us. Customs Duty may be incurred.
Return & Exchange Policy
Refunds are not given for change of mind purchases. If you purchase the wrong book in error and have not yet been given a shipping notification I will happily exchange it for the correct book. I am unable to provide an exchange once the book is shipped.
Damage and Issues
If your order has been damaged during shipping or lost, please first contact myself via the website to help arrange a replacement and/or find out where it has gone. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact me immediately if it is defective, damaged or the wrong item so I can make it right. Any problem must be reported within five days of delivery and include proof of damage and a receipt of order.
Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card to process and post the refund too. If more than fifteen business days have elapsed since approval of the refund please get in touch through the website.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you decide to return the product within the 14 day cooling period, you will be responsible for the costs of postage and any additional packaging you use.
Exceptions to the EU cooling off period
"Under EU law (directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m)), you lose your right of withdrawal for digital content once the performance (supply/access) has begun with your express consent and acknowledgement."
Supply/access includes both downloading and streaming. There is language on all downloadable products where you expressly agree to lose your right of withdrawal by starting the performance.
Should you choose to change your mind and not download the digital product (ebook/audiobook), contact me for a full refund.
Issues with Downloads
Having an issue downloading is not a refundable reason.
